三星の某有名料亭で四年修行しました。
そして何を思ったのか、只今、世界一周中です。！！
しかし何も知らない25歳！！！
本当に料理以外取り柄なし。w
エクセルも去年初めて使い始めた。
iTunes　とかも最近やっと少しわかってきた。
英語も中学レベルでカナダに突っ込む。
てか、海外とか行ったことなかった。

いろんな物を見て、感じて、触って、そして食って
いろんな人にあって、話して、語って、飲んで、そして愛して
いろんな文化に触れて、ｶﾙﾁｬｰｼｮｯｸ受けて、そして日本の文化を教えて

テーマはそんな感じです。

I'm a 25 year old Japanese chef.
I'm going all over the world right now.
I worked at a three star restaurant in Japan for 4 years.
Cooking is my life; it's all I know how to do.
For example, I only started using Excel, like a computer, last year.
On the 5th of May 2012, I left for Canada with no English skills at all; it was my first trip abroad.
I didn't know the world and I didn't know any world culture either.
I had never had any friends who weren't from Japan.
I wanted to know what was happening in the world and I wanted to connect with people living all over the world.
Anyone can read global news, but I wanted to experience it for myself.
Firstly, I'm a human being, secondly I'm a Japanese chef.
Now, I'm living and working in Toronto and I'm saving up to go all over the world and to study English.
At the beginning of this May,I'm leaving Toronto.
I'm looking for restaurants where I can work for free all over the world.
In other words, I don't require payment for my work as a chef.
I think volunteering as a chef is a good way to learn world cuisine.
